All-on-4 and All-on-6 implants anchor a full arch of teeth to four or six posts, so nothing shifts and no adhesive is needed. Many patients leave implant day with a temporary full-arch bridge in place.

The process
From consultation to your new smile.
Four or six implants can carry a full arch of fixed teeth. We plan the case with 3D scans, place the implants under local anesthesia, and in many cases attach temporary teeth the same day.
Consultation and 3D scan
We evaluate your oral health, take 3D scans, and determine whether All-on-4 or All-on-6 fits your case. Your free implant consultation includes a treatment plan.
Treatment planning
We build a personalized plan, including whether bone grafting is needed, and give you an itemized estimate with no hidden fees.
Implant day
Implants are placed under local anesthesia, with sedation available if desired. Temporary teeth are attached the same day in many cases.
Healing and final teeth
Over the next few months the implants fuse with your jawbone. Your custom permanent teeth are then secured to the implants.
