What All-on-4 and All-on-6 Are
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are full-arch restoration techniques. Four or six implants are placed at planned angles in the jaw, and a complete set of teeth is anchored to them. Unlike traditional dentures, the result is permanent, stable, and feels like natural teeth. All-on-6 adds two implants for extra stability in patients with sufficient jawbone density.
Both options remove the need for one implant per missing tooth, which makes full-mouth restoration more efficient.
Who It Is For
You may be a candidate if you:
- Have multiple missing or severely damaged teeth
- Struggle with loose or uncomfortable dentures
- Have sufficient jawbone density, or are willing to have bone grafting if needed
- Are in good overall health and can commit to proper aftercare
How Our Version Is Different
We plan before we place. Every case starts with 3D scans and digital planning, and Digital Smile Design lets you see how the new teeth relate to your lips, midline, and face before any treatment begins. Our doctors practice as Super GPs, so the same team handles the planning, the surgery, and the final restoration.
Our in-house MD3 Lab works from the same digital file, which helps keep shade and contour consistent from the preview to the finished arch. We also put the numbers in writing: you receive a detailed, itemized treatment plan at your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
Fixed hybrid prosthetics include a Lifetime Warranty, provided you keep up with your recommended hygiene visits and ongoing care.
Caring for Your New Teeth
Maintenance is simple. Brush and floss regularly to keep the implants and gums healthy, use a water flosser to clean around the implants, and keep your checkups and cleanings on schedule.
